Candidate management page

For each job ad, there is a candidate management page. On this page, you will find all candidates who apply for that job, and here you can carry out the recruitment process.


The page contains two sub-pages. The job sub-page where the candidates are listed and the "interview calendar" sub-page.


The interview calendar contains a calendar that displays all scheduled interviews for this job. By clicking on a scheduled interview, you can see details of the interview, such as: the name of the interview, the candidate's name, the date and time of the interview, and the location of the interview.


On the job sub-page, you will find a search bar, through which you can filter applicants by name.


Candidates are organized using the Kanban method in the statuses defined at the time of job creation. The mandatory statuses are:

  • Applications - here appear the candidates when they apply for the job;
  • Hired - here are placed candidates who are hired by the company;
  • Rejected - here are placed candidates who are rejected by the company.


Besides the implicit statuses, custom statuses can be created as needed. These can be created either at the time of creating or modifying an ad, or through the "+ New Status" button. A status is composed of a suggestive name and a defined color using the color picker tool or a HEXA code. Custom statuses can be deleted or modified. Their position can be changed using the job ad modification function.


Candidates are represented by a rectangular section containing:


  • The date and time of application;
  • The applicant's first and last name;
  • The applicant's email address;
  • The applicant's phone number;
  • The recruiter user responsible for that candidate.


The assigned recruiter is the user who has been designated as the person responsible for managing the candidate. This recruiter can be selected by pressing the "+" symbol on the right side of the candidate's section. In the list of potential recruiters, only Papervee users with access to Papervee Recruitment will appear. Multiple recruiters can be assigned to one candidate.


Manual addition of a candidate can be done by pressing the add button (symbol: person with +). The process of adding is identical to the application process, but is done by a Papervee user with access in Papervee Recruitment.


Candidates can be rearranged and moved into new statuses using the ”drag-and-drop”.
