Public careers page

The public careers page is an external page of the Papervee platform, accessible to any web user who has the page's URL, where all the active jobs from your workspace are displayed. This page can be publicly shared through email, social media, advertisements, or any other means of distribution.

The URL of the public careers page follows this structure: https://app.papervee.com/workspace-name/careers

The public page can be accessed as follows:

1. Access Papervee Recruitment via the navigation button (symbol: 4 squares);
2. Click the "Public Page" button in the left menu.
   

The public page consists of 2 main areas:

Filtering Section - here, you find various filters through which you can filter the jobs on the public page. The available filters are: search by name, filter by job type, and filter by career level.

Active Jobs Section - here, you find a vertical list of all active jobs in your Papervee workspace. In the individual job section, you will find:

• The age of the posting expressed in days, months, or years;
• The job title;
• The job location;
• The job type;
• A partial description of the job;
• Key skills sought.

By clicking the arrow next to the job section, you can open the individual page of the job. This page contains all the details specified at the time of job creation. This page also has a unique and public URL, which can be distributed.

Additionally, this page has an apply button, through which a candidate can apply for the job. The application process consists of answering the following:

• Candidate's first and last name;
• Email;
• Phone number;
• A description in a maximum of 400 characters;
  
• Uploading a CV;

By completing the application process, the potential candidate will be found on the candidate management page for the job. This page can be accessed by pressing the job from the Dashboard page of Papervee Recruitment.
