Dashboard Page in Papervee Recruitment

The main page of the Papervee Recruitment sub-platform is the Dashboard. From this page, you can create, manage, and access job ads. The page is divided into two areas.

On the left side of the page is the ad area. Here you will find all active and inactive ads. Through the search bar, you can filter the ads that appear in this area.

The number next to the job ad heading indicates the number of applicants/candidates found on the candidate management page for that job. You can access this page by clicking on the job title or by pressing the "more" button (symbol: three vertical dots) and selecting the option "See candidates."

From the "More" menu, the "Preview" option will open the individual page of the job ad.

The "Edit" option allows you to modify the characteristics set during the creation of the job.

The "Duplicate" option will create a duplicate of the job ad, without the applicants already existing on the candidate management page.

The "Delete" option will completely remove the job ad, including the candidates in that job. We recommend avoiding this functionality and using the deactivation function instead.

On the right side, you will find reports and statistics related to recruitment activity. The first four sections display basic indicators from the activity:

  • The number of active jobs;
  • The number of inactive jobs;;
  • The number of interviews scheduled for the current day;
  • The average duration of the recruitment process expressed in days;

The "Applications for active jobs" chart displays the number of applicants who entered the system in the last 24 hours (light purple columns) and the number of applicants who have been in the system for more than 24 hours (dark purple columns). Each active job is displayed through a separate column. Sliding over the columns allows you to see more details about each one.

The "Number of applicants for each active job" chart shows the number of applicants in a doughnut chart. Only active job ads will appear in this chart. Sliding over the elements of the chart allows you to find out more details.

The "Number of applicants/status" charts indicate the number of applicants in each status on the candidate management page. This chart shows data about a single chosen job. You can change the selected job in the right corner of the chart. Only active jobs can be chosen.

Managing job posts

Once your job posts are created, they will be automatically activated and will appear on the public careers page. The status of these jobs is indicated on the Dashboard page by the checkmark on the right side of each job section. Jobs with an active checkmark will appear in the "active ads" category, while those with an inactive checkmark will appear in the "Inactive job postings" category.

Inactive job posts retain all collected data, and the recruitment process can continue with existing candidates, but the job will no longer appear on the public careers page, and the application process will not be functional for this job.

To activate or deactivate a job post, toggle the checkmark next to it on the Dashboard page.
