The News page is where you can find out the latest updates from your organization, view colleagues' birthdays in the current month, and celebrate your team's work anniversaries.
Access the News page by navigating to the "Community" page and selecting "News" from the top menu of the Papervee platform.
The "Latest News" section is a bulletin board where certain members with appropriate rights can post public announcements, which every company member can see. The announcements are sorted chronologically, from the newest to the oldest, and include:
- The date of the announcement
- Author
- Subject
- Description
The "Birthdays" section always displays the birthdays of colleagues in the current month. Birthdates are personal information and their display is optional. If a colleague prefers not to have their birthdate public, it won't appear in the birthday list. Similarly, you can choose not to display your birthdate and not appear in the list.
The "Work Anniversaries" section always shows the employment anniversary of colleagues in the company, including the number of years celebrated within the company.
