The Candidate archive is the page where you will find all archived candidates. Archived candidates remain in this archive either indefinitely or according to the auto-deletion rule for candidate data.
The archive is displayed in a tabular format and contains:
- The candidate's name;
- The date they applied for a job;
- The job they applied for.
Candidates in the archive can also be manually deleted using the delete button (symbol: red trash can). If a candidate is deleted, their data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
The individual page of the candidate can be viewed by pressing the view button (symbol: eye).
Archived candidates can be reinstated to a list by pressing the restore button (symbol: circular arrow) and selecting the job and the status to which you wish to bring them back.
