If an error occurs in your time tracking, you have the option to delete a specific work session. Deleting a session will result in the creation of a deletion request, which must be approved by a manager to take effect. Each deletion must also be justified.
To delete a work session, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the “Time Tracking” page via the left-hand menu on the screen.
- Browse through the entry history and find the session you wish to delete. Ensure you have selected the correct interval.
- Next to the session, click on the delete button (trash can symbol).
- Enter the reason for the deletion.
- To finalize, click the “Delete Entry” button.
The change will only take effect after it is approved by a manager. If a manager rejects the request, the session will revert to its original state.
