Adding and editing work schedules for another employee

Adding Work Schedule for Another Employee


There are several ways to add a work schedule for another employee or even for multiple employees simultaneously.


Attention! New schedules added will replace the existing schedule if they overlap with an existing one.



Adding Work Schedule via the “Add work Schedule” Button on the “Work Schedule” Page in Manager Mode


This method allows setting the work schedule for multiple employees simultaneously. To add the schedule through this method, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Work Schedule” page through the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the “Add work Schedule” button.
  3. Select the employee(s) you wish to add a work schedule for.
  4. If applicable, check the recurring schedule option. In this case, the form will change, and you will only need to select the desired recurrence template and set the application interval.
  5. Choose the start and end date of the work schedule.
  6. Set the entry and exit time for the scheduled period.
  7. To finalize, click the “Add work schedule to calendar” button.


Adding Work Schedule by Clicking or Dragging Days on the Calendar on the “Work Schedule” Page in Manager Mode


This method allows setting the work schedule for multiple employees simultaneously. To add the schedule through this method, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the “Work Schedule” page through the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on a day’s box or drag over multiple days. Dragging can be done both vertically and horizontally. Use the “Exclude weekends in manual selection” option to automatically exclude Saturdays and Sundays, even if they are selected by dragging.
  3. Set the entry and exit time for the scheduled period.
  4. To finalize, click the “Add Schedule to Calendar” button.


Adding Work Schedule on the “Employees” Page in Manager Mode


This method allows setting the work schedule for a single employee. To add the schedule through this method, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the “Employees” page, click the “right arrow” button next to an employee’s name and navigate to the “Work Schedule” section using the top menu.
  2. Click the “Add work Schedule” button.
  3. If applicable, check the recurring schedule option. In this case, the form will change, requiring you to select the desired recurrence template and set the application interval.
  4. Choose the start and end date of the work schedule.
  5. Set the entry and exit time for the scheduled period.
  6. To finalize, click the “Add Schedule to Calendar” button.


Editing Work Schedule for Another Employee


Editing the work schedule of another employee can be done by adding a new schedule over the existing one or using the modification function on the “Work Schedule” page in manager mode. The modification function allows you to modify the schedule of a single employee for a single day. To use the function, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the “Work Schedule” page.
  2. Select the box in the calendar where you want to modify the work schedule.
  3. In the appeared modal, click the “Edit” button.
  4. Set the new entry and exit time.
  5. To finalize, click the “Add change to Work Schedule” button.


Deleting Work Schedule for Another Employee


Deleting the work schedule of another employee can be done by using the delete function on the “Work Schedule” page in manager mode. The delete function allows you to delete the schedule of a single employee for a single day. To use the function, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the “Work Schedule” page.
  2. Select the box in the calendar where you want to delete the work schedule.
  3. In the appeared modal, click the “Delete” button.
  4. Confirm the deletion. In the case of a recurring schedule, choose whether you want to delete only the selected day or all future days set by recurrence.
  5. To finalize, click the “Delete” button.
