Editing a time entry

If an error occurs in your time tracking, you have the option to edit a specific work session. Editing a session will result in the creation of an editing request, which must be approved by a manager to take effect. Each edit must also be justified.


To edit a work session, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the “Time Tracking” page through the left-hand menu of the screen.
  2. Browse through the entry history and find the session you wish to edit. Ensure you have selected the correct time interval.
  3. Next to the session, click on the edit button (pencil symbol).
  4. Enter the reason for editing and adjust the time interval.
  5. To finalize, click the “Submit Request” button.


The modification will only take effect after it is approved by a manager. If a manager rejects the request, the session will revert to its original state.
