If an error occurs in your time tracking, you have the option to edit a specific work session. Editing a session will result in the creation of an editing request, which must be approved by a manager to take effect. Each edit must also be justified.
To edit a work session, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the “Time Tracking” page through the left-hand menu of the screen.
- Browse through the entry history and find the session you wish to edit. Ensure you have selected the correct time interval.
- Next to the session, click on the edit button (pencil symbol).
- Enter the reason for editing and adjust the time interval.
- To finalize, click the “Submit Request” button.
The modification will only take effect after it is approved by a manager. If a manager rejects the request, the session will revert to its original state.
