Work schedule page in manager mode via the Mobile App

The work schedule page in manager mode in the Papervee mobile app is where you can view the work schedules of the team you manage.

Managers accessing the work schedule page in manager mode will see data related to the users they manage. Managers with the Owner and HR Manager roles, having access to all users in the Papervee workspace, will see data about all of them. Managers who have an employee role but are operational managers of other employees will only see those respective employees.

Information can be filtered on this page using the filter button (symbolized by "three lines in a circle"). By pressing the filter button, you can choose a customized period. The filter will be set by default to the current calendar month. Additionally, you can filter results by entering a user's name in the search bar.

On the page, each user is represented in a section. The sections indicate the user's name and the total hours scheduled in the selected interval.

By pressing a section, you can expand it to view the details of that employee's work schedule. The expanded section will display the days with set work schedules, the entry and exit time, and the total duration of the scheduled time. If there are approved leaves in the selected interval, these will also appear, represented by the abbreviation set for that type of leave.
