The "Work Schedule" page is where you can view/manage the work schedule of each employee in your team. This page also includes the "Remote work" and "Overtime" sections.

Read about the "Remote Work" page in manager mode here.

Read about the "Overtime" page in manager mode here.

Attention! To view the "Work Schedule" page as described on this page, ensure that you have switched the platform context to manager mode.

Managers accessing the work schedule page will see data related to the users they manage. Managers with the Owner and HR Manager roles, having access to all users in the Papervee workspace, will see data for all these users. Managers who are employees but also operational managers of other employees will only see their respective employees.

Information on this page can be filtered using the filters at the top. You can view information for a specific month. To select the desired month, you can use the left and right arrow buttons. The calendar can be filtered by entering an employee's name in the search bar. Additionally, by checking or unchecking the "Includes external collaborators" condition, you can display or hide employees who are marked as “external collaborators”.

The central calendar can be exported in PDF format using the "export" button (PDF file symbol).

The central calendar on this page displays the company employees and their set schedules on workdays. This information is represented by a time interval at the top of the box representing a day in the calendar. The first hour displayed is the set entry time, and the second is the set exit time.

Additionally, the calendar marks weekend days in light purple for easy differentiation. Days with public holidays are marked in light purple as well. Employees' leave days are marked with the abbreviations set for various types of leaves, with “VC” being the default representation for vacations and “SL” being the default representation for sick leaves.

The last column of the calendar displays the total scheduled hours for an employee.
