The Remote Work page in manager mode is where you can manage everything related to the company's remote work days. It includes 3 main sections:

  • The main remote work calendar;
  • Remote work requests pending approval;
  • The history of remote work requests.

To access the remote work page, navigate to the "Work Schedule" page through the left menu and access the "Remote Work" page using the top menu.

Attention! To view the "Remote Work" page as described on this page, ensure that you have switched the platform context by accessing the manager mode..

Managers accessing the remote work page will see data related to the users they manage. Managers with the Owner and HR Manager, roles, having access to all users in the Papervee workspace, will see data about all of them. Managers who have an employee role but are the operational managers of other employees will see only those respective employees.

Remote Work Calendar

Information in this calendar can be filtered using the top filters. You can view information for a particular month. To select the desired month, use the left and right arrow buttons. The calendar can be filtered by entering an employee's name in the search bar. Additionally, by checking or unchecking the "Include collaborators/Freelancers" condition, you can display or hide employees who are marked as "External collaborators"

The monthly remote work report can be exported in Excel and PDF formats using the export buttons in the top right corner of the table.

Each box represents a day in the calendar, and the colored ones indicate days with remote work requests. The color of the box indicates the status of the remote work request.

Yellow color - represents a remote work request "pending approval". This can be approved or rejected by a manager.

Green color - represents an "approved" remote work request. This becomes an accepted remote work day, but can be rejected by a manager.
