Who is the "Owner"

The role of the Owner is automatically acquired by the user who creates the Papervee workspace. In every created workspace, there is only one Owner.

What Rights Does an "Owner" Have

The Owner user has full rights over all functionalities in the Papervee workspace. They can:

• Manage company settings;
  
• Manage payment and billing settings;
• Manage workspace subscriptions;
• Manage users and their roles in the workspace;
  
• Access each module on the platform, as well as manage their settings;
• Manage any request, document, or HR flow on the platform related to any other user;
• Use the Papervee platform as an “employee”, without additional roles or permissions.

Attention! The Owner user is the only one who can purchase and cancel Papervee subscriptions and is the only user who can close the workspace.

Can There Be Multiple "Owners" in a Workspace?

This role can be held by only one person, but it can be transferred to other users. If the Owner wishes, they can transfer the role to another user, and from the moment of the transfer, the recipient will assume the role of HR Manager with all rights sets activated.
