The dashboard in manager mode in the Papervee mobile app is the place where you can quickly view information about all the users whose HR workflows you manage.
Attention! To view the dashboard as described on this page, ensure that you have switched the context of the application by accessing the manager mode.Managers accessing the dashboard will see data related to the users they manage. Managers with the Owner and HR Manager roles, having access to all users in the Papervee workspace, will see data about all of them. Managers who have an employee role but are operational managers of other employees will only see those respective employees.
The dashboard page in manager mode contains 9 informative sections:
Total tracked time today - indicates the total duration of time clocked in by all the users you manage.
Total break time today - indicates the total duration of break time taken by all the users you manage.
Employees with active time - shows the number of users who are currently clocked in.
Employees under norm - shows the number of users who do not have a number of clocked hours equivalent to their work norm.
Employees with completed time - shows the number of users who have a number of clocked hours equivalent to their work norm.
Employee over norm - shows the number of users who have clocked more hours than their work norm.
Inactive employees- shows the number of users who have no clock-ins on the current day.
Employees on leave - shows the number of users who have approved leave for the current day.
