Managing time clock Entries through the Papervee Mobile App

The Time tracking page in manager mode in the Papervee mobile app is where you can quickly view and manage requests for adding or modifying clock entries.


Attention! To view the time clock page as described on this page, ensure that you have switched the context of the application by accessing the manager mode..


Managers accessing the time clock page in manager mode will see data related to the users they manage. Managers with the Owner and HR Manager roles, having access to all users in the Papervee workspace, will see data about all of them. Managers who have an employee role but are the operational managers of other employees will only see those respective employees.


On the time tracking page, you will find all requests regarding clock entries. Each request is represented by a section and presents the following details:


  • The name of the user who submitted the request;
  • In the case of modifying an existing interval, the old interval is also displayed. If it is a request to add an entry, "-" will appear here.
  • The new interval represented by the total duration of the entry, the start time, and the end time;
  • The reason for the request.


Requests can be easily actioned using the "Reject" and "Approve" buttons. By approving a request, the requested changes or additions will take effect. Rejecting a request will delete it.
