Managers accessing the "Employees" page will see data related to the users they manage. Managers with the Owner and HR Manager roles, having access to all users in the Papervee workspace, will see data about all of them. Managers who have an employee role, but are the operational managers of other employees, will only see those respective employees.
The page is composed of a section with informative rubrics and the central employee table. The informative rubric "Total Number of Employees" details the total number of employees entered in the Papervee workspace. The rubric "Requests for Personal Data Modification" displays the number of requests pending approval. By pressing the "right arrow" button, you can access and act on the requests.

The central table contains the following columns:
Employee - indicates the name of the employee. By clicking on the name, you can access the employee's profile in manager mode.
Job title - indicates the position held by the employee within the company.
Hierarchical Manager - indicates the hierarchical manager of the employee.
Operational Manager - indicates the operational managers of the employee.
Employment date - indicates the employment date of the employee.
Work norm - indicates the number of contractual mandatory working hours.
Vacation days - indicates the number of contractual rest leave days.
Available vacation days - indicates the number of remaining vacation days.
Phone Number - indicates the employee's phone number.
Through the editing function (pencil symbol), all the employee's profile data can be edited. Similarly, you can open this editing window by clicking on the employee's name.
By pressing the right arrow button, you can access the individual profile page of the employee, in manager mode.
