Resetting your Papervee account password

Resetting your Papervee account password can be done on your profile page and only requires you to know your current password. If you don't know your current account password, you can recover it using your email address. If your Papervee account was created with a username instead of an email address, you will need to contact the administrator of your Papervee workspace to reset your password.


Follow these steps to reset your password:


  • Navigate to your profile page by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner of the Papervee platform and selecting "My Account";
  • Navigate to the "Security Settings" section;
  • Click the "Change Password" button;
  • In the first field, enter your current password;
  • In the second and third fields, enter your new password. For increased complexity and enhanced security, try to adhere to the following rules:
    • Use at least 8 characters and include one uppercase letter.
    • Optionally, use at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a digit, and a symbol;
  • To finalize the password change, press the "change password" button.
