If you can't remember your Papervee account password but have access to the email address associated with this account, you can use the password recovery process to regain access to your account. Follow these steps to recover your password:
- Access the login page;
- Click the "Forgot password?" button next to the password field;
- Enter the email address associated with your Papervee account;
- Click the "Send" button.
If the information you entered is correct, the Papervee platform will send an email to the provided address with a password reset link. Check your inbox for an email with the subject "Password Reset Instructions for Papervee Account". Click the "Reset Password" button in the email, or copy and paste the link from the email into a browser, following the instructions in the email.
In the opened window, set a new password for your Papervee account. The password used must meet the platform's minimum security criteria. Therefore, it should contain at least 8 characters and one uppercase letter. The following minimum criteria are mandatory:
- At least 8 characters;
- At least one uppercase letter;
- At least one lowercase letter;
- At least one digit;
- At least one symbol;
To finalize the password reset process, click the "reset password" button.
