While we recommend keeping the two-factor authentication method always active for better security of your Papervee account, if you need to deactivate it, here are the steps to follow:- Navigate to your profile page by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner of the Papervee platform and selecting "My Account".;
- Navigate to the "Security Settings" section;
- Uncheck the Google Authenticator method;
- Enter your Papervee account password;
- To complete, press the "Deactivate authentication method" button.
