Transfering the workspace to another user

As the Owner role is unique within the workspace, and there are functionalities that only the Owner can access, there may be valid reasons for transferring this role to another user.

Only the Owner can transfer this role to another user. Follow the steps below to transfer the Owner role:

  1. Navigate to the "Account administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top-right corner and selecting "Account administration"
  2. Go to the "Users" section from the top menu.
  3. Click the "pencil" symbol next to the user to whom you want to transfer the Owner role.
  4. In the "Choose new role" field, select the Owner role. Once selected, you will see a warning message regarding this transfer.
  5. Click the "Save" button. A dialog box with additional confirmation will appear. If you are sure you want to proceed with the transfer, click the "yes" button.


Attention! Only the new Owner will be able to reverse this transfer. From the moment the transfer is confirmed, actions that require the Owner role can only be performed by the user to whom the role has been transferred.
