Unarchiving a user

Archived users can be reactivated through the unarchiving process. Once a user is reactivated, they will be considered an active user and will be charged according to the subscription plan selected for your workspace.


Before you follow the steps below, make sure you have the necessary permissions for managing users in your Papervee workspace. The Owner user and HR Manager users with access to company settings can manage other users.


  1. Navigate to the "Account Administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top-right corner and pressing "Account Administration";
  2. Navigate to the "Users" section through the top menu of the platform;
  3. Go to the "Archived Users" section;
  4. Next to the desired user, press the "Unarchive" button;
  5. You will need to choose the hierarchical manager and operational manager for the user;
  6. To complete, press the "Save" button.
