Creating a Papervee Workspace

New workspaces have access to all modules of the platform. A Papervee workspace is created with the Papervee Business subscription and a 14-day free trial. After the 14 days expire, you will need to enter a payment method and purchase the Papervee Business subscription to continue using the platform.


Are you ready to create your Papervee workspace and start streamlining your company's HR processes? Excellent! Follow the steps below:


Steps to create a Papervee Workspace

  1. Access the workspace registration link; (If you don't have such a link, contact us at https://papervee.com)
  2. Complete the registration form with the following information:
    • First Name;
    • Last Name;
    • Email Address;
    • Password;
    • *Workspace Name;
    • Phone Number
  3. Read the Terms and conditionscookie policy and privacy policy
  4. After reviewing the above materials, action the checkmark to agree with them.
  5. Click the “Login” button.


*Attention! The workspace name can only contain lowercase letters and numbers. Spaces, special characters, or symbols are not allowed.

 

Useful Information


The password used must meet the platform's minimum security criteria. Therefore, it must contain at least 8 characters and one uppercase letter. The following minimum criteria are mandatory:

  • At least 8 characters;
  • At least one uppercase letter;
  • At least one lowercase letter;
  • At least one number;
  • At least one symbol.


The colored line will guide you in creating a secure password, having three states:


Red - weak password;

Yellow - medium password;

Green - strong password.


The email address and password used will be needed to create your user account and each time you log into the Papervee platform. These two pieces of information can be changed after creating the workspace.


Company Data Completion


Congratulations! You've created your first Papervee workspace! Once it's ready for use, you will land on the “Company Settings” page of the workspace, where you'll need to enter your company's details before you can proceed to use the platform.


The form will require the following information:

  • Company Name (e.g., SC MYCOMPANY SRL);
  • Display Name of the company (e.g., My Company);
  • Legal Representative (name of the administrator);
  • NACE code;
  • VAT number;
  • Trade register number;
  • Address;
  • City;
  • State;
  • Country;
  • Postal Code;
  • Time Zone;
  • Language (the default language of the company and the language in which HR documents will be generated);
  • Currency.


Additionally, on this screen, you can set a profile picture for your company, typically represented by its logo. The image is set by clicking the “pencil” icon next to the circle representing the profile image. We recommend that this image be in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format and have a resolution of 500 x 500 pixels.


The Display Name of the company will be visible to other users, in emails, and notifications. It is not mandatory for this to be identical to the legal entity name.


Once you have filled in all the details, click the “Save Changes” button.
