The dashboard in manager mode is the central page where managers can see basic information about the users they manage and can quickly approve or reject various requests.

Attention! To see the dashboard as described on this page, make sure you have changed the platform context by accessing the manager mode..

Managers accessing the dashboard will see data related to the users they manage. Managers with Owner and HR Manager roles, having access to all users in the Papervee workspace, will see data about all of them. Managers who have an employee role, but are the operational managers of other employees, will only see those employees.

The dashboard is always set to the current day and cannot be filtered by other calendar dates.

The dashboard page in manager mode is divided into three distinct sections with their own elements. The first section from top to bottom contains 7 informative rubrics namely:

Total tracked time today -  indicates the total number of hours clocked by users on the current day;

Total break time today -indicates the total number of break hours clocked by users on the current day;

Employees with active time -  indicates the number and list of users who are currently clocked in. By pressing the arrow symbol, you can view users with active clock-ins and by pressing the "stop" button (square symbol), you can stop their clock-in;

Employees below norm - indicates the number and list of users who have clocked fewer hours than their work norm for the current day;

Employees with complete time - indicates the number and list of users who have clocked a number of hours equivalent to their work norm for the current day;

Employees over norm - indicates the number and list of users who have clocked more hours than their work norm for the current day;

Inactive Employees -  indicates the number and list of users who have no clock-ins on the current day;

Employees on Leave - indicates the number and list of users who have approved leave for the current day.

The second section on the dashboard page in manager mode is the central table, which contains each team member and reports individual information about them. The columns of the table are:

Employee - indicates the name of the employee. By clicking on the name, you can access the employee's profile in manager mode.

Manager - indicates the hierarchical manager of the employee. By clicking on the name of the hierarchical manager, you can access the employee's profile in manager mode.

Activity - indicates the tracked time of the employee, and the color represents the status of the clock-in. The colors indicate the following statuses:

In progress - the employee has an active clock-in.

Under norm - the employee has not reached the number of hours equivalent to the work norm

Complete - the employee has reached the number of hours equivalent to the work standard.

Over norm - the employee has exceeded the hours equivalent to the work standard.

Inactive/absent - the employee has no active clock-in or time recorded on the current day.

Leave -  the employee has an approved day of leave on the current day.

Monthly report up to the current day - indicates the difference between the employee's work norm and the actual clocked time up to the current day;

Remaining leave days - indicates the number of remaining rest leave days available for each employee;

Requests - each column indicates the number of pending requests that each employee has;

The third section on the dashboard page in manager mode is the quick approvals area. This consists of five identical tables containing requests for leave, remote work events, overtime, and pending recorded time. The tables contain the following columns:

Employee - the name of the user who submitted the request.

Period/Date - the range of days to which the request applies.

Details - an information icon. By pressing this icon, you can find out more information about the submitted requests.

Actions - this column contains two buttons. The button with the "checkmark" symbol approves the request, and the button with the "X" symbol rejects the request.
