You cannot delete a payment method if you have an active subscription. If there is only one payment method (the default one) in your account, the delete button will appear inactive.
To delete the default payment method, you will need to add another payment method to your account. In this case, if you want to delete the default payment method, you will need to set another payment method as the default before you can delete the original one.
If you wish to remove all payment methods from your Papervee workspace, you must first cancel any active subscriptions.
