Acquiring a Papervee Subscription

To enjoy all the functionalities of Papervee without limitations, you need to purchase a paid subscription. You can read here about the available Papervee subscriptions!

The basic subscription currently active in your Papervee workspace is Papervee Business with a 14-day trial period. This subscription allows you access to all the basic Papervee modules. After the 14-day trial period expires, you will need to enter a payment method to continue using the platform.

To purchase a Papervee subscription, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Account Administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top right corner and pressing "Account Administration";
2. Navigate to the "Payment Settings" section via the top menu.
3. Next to the description of your current subscription, click on the "Manage Subscription" button;
4. On the payment page, enter the details of the card you wish to use for the payment;
5. Assign a name to the card. This name is only needed to identify the card later;
6. If you are purchasing as a legal entity, check the "Purchasing as a business" box and fill in the fields that appear with the company's details.
7. Read the Terms and conditions, and the Privacy Policy and check the box to agree to these Papervee policies;
8. To finalize the subscription purchase, click the "Subscribe" button.

Attention! Papervee subscriptions are paid based on the number of users in your workspace. If you add or reduce the number of users during the subscription period, the difference for the added or reduced users will be reflected in the next payment.
