Access to Papervee Projects

Any Papervee user can be granted access to Papervee Projects. To give a user access to Papervee Projects, follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have the necessary rights to manage users in the workspace. This function can be performed by the Owner and HR Manager (with "HR Flow" permission).
2. Navigate to the "Account Administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top right corner and pressing "Account Administration".
3. Go to the "Users" page through the top menu.
4. Click the edit button (pencil symbol) next to the user whose access to Papervee Projects you want to modify.
5. Navigate to the "Papervee Projects" section and check "Access in Papervee Projects".
6. Choose the role assigned to this user within Papervee Projects. The roles are explained below in this article.
7. To complete, press the "Save changes" button.

This access can also be granted in the same way when adding a new user to Papervee.

Roles in Papervee Projects

There are two types of roles that can be assigned in Papervee Projects: User or Administrator.

Users will be able to navigate to Papervee Projects using the navigation button in the top right corner of the Papervee platform. Depending on their team membership, they will be able to record time on various existing projects. Users cannot manage the time recorded by other users or the structure of clients, projects, and sub-projects.

Administrators have full rights to manage the structure of clients, projects, and sub-projects in Papervee Projects. They can also manage the teams within a project.

Administrators are the only users with the right to view financial data associated with projects. They can also access the "Settings" page and modify the settings on this page.
