When a new user is invited, they can be marked as a "External Collaborator". If the user wasn't marked at creation, they can be labeled as an "External Collaborator" using the editing function (pencil icon) on the "Employees" page.
Any type of user can be marked as a "External Collaborator". This setting is helpful as it allows users with access to the "manager mode" to filter certain reports and include or exclude Collaborator/Independent Contractor users from these, both in the platform version and in the exported version.
The reports that can be filtered in this way have a checkbox "Include External Collaborators". This checkbox is selected by default and can be unchecked.
The reports with this feature include:
- Time tracking Report.
- Work Schedule Report;
- Remote work Report;
- Overtime Report;
- Leave Report;
- Leave Planning Report;
- Organizational Chart.
