Where to find your Papervee invoices

Note! Only the Owner user can manage invoices in a Papervee workspace. Ensure that you have the necessary rights to manage invoices.


All invoices issued by the Papervee platform will be sent to the email address of the Owner user and can be found in the billing portal of your workspace. To find out to which address/addresses the invoices are sent, and to view the invoice history and download them from the Papervee workspace billing portal, navigate to the "Account Administration" area using the navigation button in the top right corner and then navigate to the "Payment Settings" section via the top menu. Click the "Manage" button in the "Billing" section.


In the "Billing Information" section, you will find the email address of the Owner user where each invoice for Papervee subscriptions is automatically sent. Here, you can also modify the billing details and the address to which invoices are sent, by clicking the "Update Information" button (pencil icon).


On the same page, in the "Invoice History" section, you will find all the invoices issued for your Papervee workspace. By clicking the "View Invoice" button (symbolized by a diagonal arrow and square), you will be redirected to a page of the payment processor Stripe, where you can download the tax invoice and the payment receipt. On this page, you will also be able to see the date the invoice payment was made and the payment method used.
