Activating a payment method

Attention! Only the Owner user can manage payment methods in a Papervee workspace. Ensure that you have the necessary rights to manage payment methods.


Activating a payment method means setting it as the default payment method. Payments for Papervee subscriptions will be made through this method.


To set a default payment method for your Papervee workspace, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the "Account Administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top right corner and pressing "Account Administration";
  2. Navigate to the "Payment Settings" section via the top menu;
  3. Click "Manage" in the "Payment Methods" section;
  4. Next to the desired payment method, click the "options" button (symbolized by three dots);
  5. To use the payment method as the active method, click "Set as Default".


After activation, this will be displayed as the default payment method and will be charged on the next billing date.
