Cancelling an active subscription

If you have an active subscription, you can cancel that subscription. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the "Account Administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top right corner and pressing "Account Administration";
  2. Navigate to the "Payment Settings" section via the top menu;
  3. Next to the description of your current subscription, click on the "Manage Subscription" button;
  4. In the billing portal, under the "Current Plan" section, next to your active subscription, click the "Cancel Plan" button;
  5. To confirm the cancellation of your current subscription, click the "Cancel Plan" button again.


The cancelled subscription will continue to be effective for the entire period that has already been paid for. After that, it will be suspended.


If your workspace does not have an active subscription, you can only close the Papervee workspace.
