Closing a workspace

If you no longer wish to use your Papervee workspace and want to close it permanently, please be aware that this action is immediate and irreversible. Only the Owner of the workspace can close it.


To permanently close a workspace, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the "Account administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top-right corner and selecting "Account administration."
  2. Go to the "Payment settings" section through the top menu.
  3. In the "Active Subscription" section, click on the red link that says "Cancel Workspace."
  4. Complete the feedback form and click the "Continue to Deletion Confirmation" button.
  5. Follow the instructions on the next page and confirm the deletion twice.
  6. Check the data deletion agreement box.
  7. If you are determined to delete this workspace, click the "Delete Workspace" button.


The workspace will be deleted immediately upon confirmation. Your data will be retained for 30 days. If you change your mind, please contact Papervee support within 30 days. After the 30 days, all data in your workspace will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.


Please exercise caution and ensure that you are absolutely certain before proceeding with the permanent closure of your workspace.
