Quick Access through Vee Search

Through Vee Search, you can access the most used data of a user with a simple quick search. To use Vee Search, press the "Vee Search" field in the top right corner of the screen.

In the modal that appears, start typing the desired user's name and choose their name when it appears.

Now in the modal, you will see the user's profile. This modal can be divided into 3 distinct areas:

Profile Information

In this area, you will see:

• Profile picture;
  
• First and last name;
• Job title
• Personal ID number
• Identity document series
• Address;
• Phone number;
• Email;
  
• Time zone;
• Link to the complete profile;
• Employment contract number;
• Employment date;Dată angajare;
• Gross salary;
• Net salary;
• Link to download the employment contract (only if the contract was generated through Papervee);

The contract information in this area can be accessed only by the Owner user or HR Manager users with the right to access contractual information

Moreover, the displayed contractual data are hidden, and to view them, you must press the "view" button (symbol: eye).

Basic Information

In this area, you will find 4 sections that display basic information:

• Time tracked today
• Available vacation days
• Monthly report up to the current day;
• Time tracked on projects

Module Navigation

In this area, you can navigate between the following modules:

Leaves and Events - displays leave requests and events and offers the possibility to approve or reject them;

Timetracking - displays timetracking requests and offers the possibility to approve or reject them;

Work schedule - displays the user's set schedule;

Documents - displays the latest uploaded documents and offers the possibility to download them;

Overtime & Remote Work - displays requests for overtime and remote work and offers the possibility to approve or reject them;

Projects - displays the projects in which the user is assigned as a team member;

Time on Project - displays the user's time entries in Papervee Projects;

Managers - displays the user's managers;
