On the Papervee Recruitment settings page, you'll find various settings and integrations that can streamline your recruitment activities.


Automated email templates


Attention! Automated emails will only work if an email address is integrated into Papervee Recruitment Click here to learn how to integrate email.


Activating this setting enables the automatic sending of system emails from Papervee Recruitment. To select the types of emails sent and to modify their content, press the "Edit settings" button.


In the modal that appears, you can activate various emails by checking them. Once checked, the email will be sent automatically based on a trigger:


Application Email - sent when a candidate applies for a job through the public recruitment page;


Rejection Email - sent when a candidate is placed in the "Rejected" status;


Acceptance Email - sent when a candidate is placed in the "Hired" status;


Interview Scheduling Email - sent when you schedule a new interview for a candidate;


Interview Modification Email - sent when you modify the details of an already scheduled interview;


Interview Deletion Email - sent when you delete a scheduled interview;


The content of the emails can be edited using the edit button (symbol: pencil) next to them. Information such as candidate details, interview details, or job details can be dynamically inserted into these emails.


Privacy policy


Display your own privacy policy in the job application forms. This way, potential applicants can read and confirm their agreement with your company's internal policies. To display the policy, check the setting, enter the link to your own privacy policy, and press the "Save privacy policy" button.Afișează propria politică de confidențialitate în formularele de aplicare ale joburilor. Astfel potențialii aplicanți pot citi și confirma acordul cu politicile interne ale companiei tale. Pentru a afișa politica bifează setarea, introdu linkul cu politica proprie de confidențialitate și apasă butonul ”Salvează politica de confidențialitate”.


Automatic deletion of candidates


With this setting, you can set a number of days after application after which all candidate data will be deleted. This option helps you comply with your internal personal data storage policies. Be aware that if this setting is active, after the set number of days, all data of candidates who are not in the "hired" status will be deleted.
