Accessing and using the "my profile" page on Papervee Virtual Hub

The "My Profile" page in Papervee Virtual Hub is a place where each user can access basic functionalities and data from their account using their PIN code.


To access your My Profile page on Papervee Virtual Hub, follow these steps: 


  1. Select your user from the list of users displayed on Papervee Hub. You can use the search or letter filtering feature for this.
  2. Using the numeric keyboard that appears on the screen, enter your PIN code.
  3. If you have entered the correct code, you will see an interface displaying your clocked time. Click the "My Profile" button here.


On the profile page, you will find two main sections:


Information Section


Here you find 5 additional pages that you can access through Papervee Virtual Hub:


  • "Time Tracked Today" shows the active clocked time for the current day.
  • "Break Time Today" shows the break time tracked today.
  • "Monthly Report up to the Current Day" shows the difference between the work norm and the tracked time, calculated to the current day of the month.
  • "Remaining Leave Days" shows the number of vacation days available in your account.

You can leave the My Profile area at any time by pressing the "Logout" button.


Creating a Leave Request through Papervee Virtual Hub


To send a leave request through Papervee Virtual Hub, follow these steps:


  1. Select your user from the list of users displayed on Papervee Hub. You can use the search or letter filtering feature for this.
  2. Using the numeric keyboard that appears on the screen, enter your PIN code.
  3. If you have entered the correct code, you will see an interface displaying your clocked time. Click the "My Profile" button here.
  4. Click on the "Leave Request" button.
  5. Choose the type of leave from the list.
  6. Enter the start and end date of the leave.
  7. If applicable, uncheck the option to exclude weekends.
  8. To finish, click the "Submit Request" button.


Viewing Time History through Papervee Virtual Hub


To view your time history through Papervee Virtual Hub, follow these steps:


  1. Select your user from the list of users displayed on Papervee Hub.
  2. Enter your PIN code.
  3. Click the "My Profile" button, then the "Time History" button.


On this page, you will find your time entries grouped by days in the time history table. Additionally, on the right side, you will find 3 informative sections that sum up the information. The history is presented for the last 7 calendar days.


Viewing Work Schedule through Papervee Virtual Hub


To view your work schedule through Papervee Virtual Hub, follow these steps:


  1. Select your user from the list of users displayed on Papervee Hub.
  2. Enter your PIN code.
  3. Click the "My Profile" button, then the "Work Schedule" button.


On this page, you will find your work schedule for the current day and the following days.


Creating an Event Request through Papervee Virtual Hub


To send an event request through Papervee Virtual Hub, follow these steps:


  1. Select your user from the list of users displayed on Papervee Hub.
  2. Enter your PIN code.
  3. Click the "My Profile" button, then the "Event Request" button.
  4. Choose the type of event from the list.
  5. Enter the start and end date of the event.
  6. If applicable, enter the start and end time of the event.
  7. If applicable, uncheck the option to exclude weekends.
  8. To finish, click the "Submit Request" button.


Viewing the History of Leaves and Events through Papervee Virtual Hub


To view your history of leaves and events through Papervee Virtual Hub, follow these steps:


  1. Select your user from the list of users displayed on Papervee Hub.
  2. Enter your PIN code.
  3. Click the "My Profile" button, then the "Leaves and Events History" button.


On this page, you will find your most recent leave and event requests. Additionally, at the top of the page, you will see the number of annual leave days you have available.
