The Papervee Virtual Hub is a digital time tracking system through which platform users can clock in and access their profiles using a personal PIN code. This system can be configured on any device with a web browser and internet access.
Papervee does not supply its own equipment for the Papervee Virtual Hub system. If you are unsure about what to configure this system on, ask a Papervee specialist, and they can offer a recommendation based on your needs.
Once configured, it is available for use by any user who has been assigned a PIN code. The PIN code is a 4-digit code, set for each user individually.
Users who use the Papervee Virtual Hub do not need their classic Papervee platform login details but can interact with the system using strictly their assigned PIN code.
The Papervee Virtual Hub is continuously connected and synchronized with the Papervee Hub platform, and all actions on the Papervee Virtual Hub are immediately reflected on the Papervee platform.
Multiple Papervee Virtual Hub devices can be configured at the same time, and they can operate concurrently.
