Deleted documents archive

If a document in Papervee is deleted, it will appear in the deleted documents archive. This area can only be accessed by the Owner user, HR Managers with the necessary rights, and Users with an Operational Manager relationship.


The archive of deleted documents is found in manager mode on the "Document folder" page. On this page, click on "Deleted Documents" from the top menu.


Here you will find all the documents deleted from your workspace, ordered by the date of deletion. Using the search bar, you can look for specific documents by their names.


The columns indicate:


Document subcategory - the subcategory in which the document was uploaded before being deleted;


Document name - the name of the deleted document;


Employee - the name of the employee in whose file the document was located before it was deleted;


Added by -the user who uploaded the document to the file;


Deleted by - the user who deleted the document from the file;


From this archive, you can download the document, permanently delete it, or restore it to a file. To restore the document to a file, follow these steps:


  1. Click on the restore button (symbol "arrow in circle");
  2. Choose the category and subcategory where you want to restore the document;
  3. Click on the "Restore" button.


Attention! The document will be restored in the file of the user indicated in the "Employee" column.
