The client is a folder that can encompass multiple projects. This element is used to group projects based on the final beneficiary of the work performed.
Creating a new client
To create a new client, make sure you have an Administrator role in Papervee Projects. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Clients" page in Papervee Projects.
- Click the "Add client" button.
- Enter the client's name in the corresponding field.
- To finalize, click the "Add client" button.
Modifying a client
To modify a client, ensure you have an Administrator role in Papervee Projects. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "clients" page in Papervee Projects.
- Next to the desired client, click the actions button (symbol "three vertical dots").
- Click "Edit".
- Change the client's name and click the "Modify client" button to save the change.
Archiving a Client
Once you archive a client, it will no longer be an option to filter reports in Papervee Projects. Additionally, archiving a client leads to the automatic archiving of all projects associated with this client. Projects associated with an archived client cannot be reactivated unless the association with the client is removed or the client is reactivated.
To archive a client, ensure you have an Administrator role in Papervee Projects. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Clients" page in Papervee Projects.
- Next to the desired client, click the actions button (symbol "three vertical dots").
- Click "Archive".
Deleting a client
When deleting a client, the projects associated with it will not be deleted, but the association between them and the deleted client will be removed, leaving the projects without any association with a client.
To delete a client, ensure you have an Administrator role in Papervee Projects. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "clients" page in Papervee Projects.Navighează la pagina ”clienți” în Papervee Proiecte;

- Click "Delete".
