Integrate Papervee with Slack

Slack is among the most well-known digital communication platforms for business use. It is utilized by hundreds of thousands of companies in over 150 countries worldwide.

Companies using Slack for internal communication can integrate their Papervee workspace with it to receive Papervee notifications directly in a Slack channel.

To initiate this integration, you must have a Slack account with administrator rights. You need to obtain an "Incoming Webhook URL". Read here about how to get this URL!

To start the integration with Slack, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the “Settings” page on the Papervee Core HR platform via the left menu.
2. Go to the “Integrations” page through the top menu.
3. Select “Slack” from the categories on the left.
4. Activate the “Slack” integration by clicking the “Activate” button.
5. Check the “Slack Notifications” option.
6. Insert the Incoming Webhook URL into the appropriate field and click the “Set” button.

If you have correctly configured the Incoming Webhook in Slack and entered the correct URL, you will start receiving global notifications in the chosen channel.
