Creating an overtime request


To create an overtime request, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Work Schedule page;
  2. Go to the Overtime page through the top menu;
  3. Click the "New Request" button;
  4. Choose the period for which you are creating the request;
  5. Specify the number of hours requested. If you are unsure of the necessary hours, check "Undefined";
  6. (optional) You can provide details about the reason for the request;
  7. Choose the desired form of compensation;
  8. To complete, click the "Submit Request" button.


Each overtime request must be approved by a manager to take effect. Once you submit a request, it will automatically be sent to all managers who have the ability to approve the request. When the request is approved or rejected, you will be notified via a notification and an email, and the status of the request will reflect this.u.


An overtime request document will automatically be created in your "My Documents" page when the overtime request is made.


Recording overtime intervals


Once the overtime intervals have been worked, they must be noted in the request. Otherwise, the worked hours will not be considered in active time calculations or in the attendance sheet. To record the intervals in which the overtime was worked, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Work schedule page;
  2. Go to the Overtime page through the top menu;
  3. Click on the addition button (circle with a plus symbol) next to the desired request;
  4. Click on the "Add Iinterval" button and record the interval in which the overtime was worked. If the hours were worked in multiple intervals, multiple intervals can be added or deleted;
  5. To complete, click the "save" button.


Attention! Depending on the added intervals, the overtime request will change. The request does not take effect if the intervals of work are not recorded in it.


Editing an overtime request


Only overtime requests that have not yet been approved or rejected by a manager can be edited. If you change your mind about the details of an overtime request, you can navigate to the "Overtime" page and next to the request, click on the edit button (pencil symbol). You have the option to edit all the details of the request. After the modification, the request document in "My Documents" will automatically be modified.


Deleting an overtime request


Only overtime requests that have not yet been approved or rejected by a manager can be deleted. If you wish to cancel an overtime request, you can navigate to the "Overtime" page and next to the desired request, click on the delete button (trash can symbol). The reason for the deletion must be provided. After deletion, the request document in "My Documents" will automatically be deleted.
