Creating a remote work request

1. Navigate to the Work Schedule page;
2. Go to the Remote Work page through the top menu;
   
3. Click the "New Request" button;
4. Choose the period for which you are creating the request
5. (optional) You can provide details about the reason for the request;
6. To complete, click the "Submit Request" button.

Each remote work request must be approved by a manager to take effect. Once you submit a request, it will automatically be sent to all managers who have the ability to approve the request. You will be notified via a notification and an email when the request is approved or rejected, and the status of the request will reflect this.

A remote work request document will automatically be created in your "My Documents" page when the remote work request is made.

Editing a remote work request

Only remote work requests that have not yet been approved or rejected by a manager can be edited. If you change your mind about the details of a remote work request, you can navigate to the Remote Work page and next to the request, click on the edit button (pencil symbol). You have the option to edit all the details of the request. After the modification, the request document in "My Documents" will automatically be modified.

Deleting a remote work request

Only remote work requests that have not yet been approved or rejected by a manager can be deleted. If you wish to cancel a remote work request, you can navigate to the "Remote Work" page and next to the desired request, click on the delete button (trash can symbol). The reason for the deletion must be provided. After deletion, the request document in "My Documents" will automatically be deleted.
