Deleting a time entry

If an error occurs in your time tracking, you have the option to delete a specific work session. Deleting a session will result in the creation of a deletion request, which must be approved by a manager to take effect. Each deletion must also be justified.


To delete a work session, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Time Tracking” page via the left-hand menu on the screen.
  2. Browse through the entry history and find the session you wish to delete. Ensure you have selected the correct interval.
  3. Next to the session, click on the delete button (trash can symbol).
  4. Enter the reason for the deletion.
  5. To finalize, click the “Delete Entry” button.


The change will only take effect after it is approved by a manager. If a manager rejects the request, the session will revert to its original state.
