Your identity data can be found on the “My Account” page, in the “Identity Data” section. To access this section, click on your profile picture, access “My Account” through the text link, and use the left submenu to access the “Identity Data” section.
Here, you will find the following fields:
- Birth Date
- Personal Identification Number
- Identity Card Details
- Address
- Nationality
- Place of Birth
- Legal Job title
- Employment Contract Number
- Employment Contract Date
These fields can be edited, but after finalizing the changes, a request will be created, and a manager will need to approve the changes for them to take effect. To modify your identity data, follow these steps:
- Click the “Change data” button.
- Change the values in the desired fields.
- Click the “Change data” button again.
A modification request will be created. Once a manager approves the request, the changes will be reflected in your account. If you wish to abandon the changes, you can click the “back” link. If you want to cancel the modification request, you can click the delete button (trash can symbol) on the right side of the request. A confirmation modal will appear. To definitively delete the request, click the “delete” button. If you still want to keep the modification request, click the “No, I Still Want Approval on the Modification” link.
Attention! Modification requests for personal data that are approved or rejected disappear after 7 days.
