The Papervee Dashboard

The Papervee Dashboard is the first page you'll see each time you log in. It contains essential elements through which you can undertake the basic actions of the platform.


Information boxes on the dashboard can be displayed or hidden at the top of the dashboard using the "edit" button (pencil symbol next to the page title).


Current Work Session


At the top of the dashboard, you'll find the time recorded in the current work session. By default, this is 00:00:00. Once you start the current work session using the corresponding button, it will begin to display the period of time worked in real-time. Additionally, the start button will be replaced with a button to stop the current work session. Once stopped, the session will be saved on the "time tracking" page, and the time displayed on the dashboard will reset.


Break Time Today


At the top of the dashboard, you'll find the break time recorded for the current day. By default, this is 00:00:00. Once you start the current work session, you will have the option to switch from active time to break time. After starting the break, it will begin to display the break period in real-time. Additionally, the start button will be replaced with a button to stop the current break session. Once stopped, the active time session will resume.


Monthly report up to the current day


This box displays the report of your worked time compared to the required work time according to your work norm. This report should be as close to 00:00:00 as possible and through it, you can find out if you have a deficiency or surplus of worked hours on the current day. It will always report to the month selected below in the calendar and will never take into account days from the future or another month.


Remaining Vacation Days


In this box, you can see the number of unused vacation days to date. This number also deducts vacation days requested and approved for the future.


Monthly time tracked up to the current day


Here you can see a total of the time tracked in the current month.


Time tracked today


Here you can see the total tracked time for the current day.


Monthly Break Tracked Up to the Current Day


Here you can see a total of the break time recorded in the current month.


Planned Events


In this area of the dashboard, you will see all events and requests that are set to take effect in the future. These can be various leave requests, overtime requests, or telecommuting requests. Their status can be deduced by their color:


green - approved

yellow - pending approval

red - rejected


The Calendar


The dashboard calendar displays leave and event requests, as well as public holidays. The month displayed in the calendar can be changed using the left and right arrows in the top right corner. Additionally, by clicking the "Today" button, you will set the calendar to the current month. The calendar, like the "planned events" section, displays requests with a color corresponding to their status:


green - approved

yellow - pending approval

red - rejected


Additionally, by clicking on a day in the calendar or dragging over multiple days (multiple selection), you can create a new leave request directly from the dashboard.
